I twisted my wrist badly (foolishly) trying to prune a too-high, dead branch with too-dull loppers. After about 4 days wearing a wrist brace and taking ibuprofin, I was getting no better. Kim suggested I try the Arnica Oil and she was SO RIGHT. After 2 days of massaging the oil into my wrist and forearm a couple times a day, the pain was gone, my mobility returned and I have misplaced the wrist brace. I also used it on an achy shoulder with similarly good results.
