Lung Health Tincture Contains:

 

🌱 Mullein (Verbascum thapsus): Mullein is a natural demulcent allows the body to expel excess mucus, soothes the throat and lungs, reduces chest congestion. Mullein is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and very soothing.

 

🌱 Elecampane (Inula helenium): Elecampane is a gentle, warming expectorant for the lungs, reduces excess mucus, reduces chest congestion, stops cough, antibacterial.

 

🌱 Echinacea (Echinacea purp or ang): Boosts immune function, antiviral and antibacterial, high in antioxidants, reduces inflammation, aids skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema, supports respiratory conditions.

 

🌱 Elderflower (Sambucus nigra): Gently detoxifies the body, high in antioxidants, reduces fever, anti-inflammatory, clears the sinuses, benefits the skin.

 

🌱 Pleurisy (Asclepias tuberosa): Gentle, warming expectorant for the lungs, reduces excess mucus, reduces chest congestion, aids menstrual cramps.

 

🌱 Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): Supports wound healing, reduces fever, anti-spasmodic, supports digestion, anti-inflammatory, reduces mucus, benefits the liver.

 

DIRECTIONS:

Shake gently. Take 30-60 drops 1-4 times a day in a little juice or water or take as directed.
