  • Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return shipping fee by the carrier. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • We do not make physical or digital (class, programs, consultations, retreats) product exchanges or issue store credits.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical or digital (class, programs, consultations, retreats) products.  If a product is damaged – please see our Shipping Policy.
  • We suggest that you always store your herbs in a safe, cool, dry environment.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel on or within the premises after delivery.
