I have been taking this tincture for about a month now and just last week added the Hot Flash tincture to my daily routine. I take a dropper full and 1/2 in the morning and night. I can feel a significant decrease in the hot flashes frequency and intensity. I also feel it is helping with mood swings that used to come out of nowhere!
