Approximately 10–15 hours per week.
You’ll support our herbalist and front-of-house team with customer care, product restocking, light apothecary tasks, and helping keep the shop tidy, inviting, and organized.
Weekend coverage is helpful and preferred, but we can be more flexible for the right part-time candidate.

We’re especially looking for folks who:

Have strong retail and/or customer service experience

Are reliable, detail-oriented, and kind

Have a basic understanding of natural health and a willingness to learn more about herbs

Enjoy being part of a small, mission-driven local business that truly cares for our community

“Working at The Little Herb Shoppe has been such a rewarding experience. The intention here is set for the highest level of care—every tea, tincture, and salve is meticulously crafted on-site to nourish the body, alongside classes, transformative programs, retreats, and even a nonprofit, all created by the brilliant herbalist Kim Hudson. It’s a space where true healing from within begins, and I’m so grateful to be learning on a much deeper level exactly what we do here.”  ~ Heather

“Working at The Little Herb Shoppe has been a huge highlight of my life, a medicine in itself. I can’t explain the warmth and healing that emanates from this space, the plant remedies that fill it, the staff, and of course our head herbalist, Kim. There is a magic here that’s palpable and an integrity in every product that shines. The smells are divine, the conversations juicy, and the daily tasks in alignment with a deeper connectivity to our planet.” ~  Amber
