Shipping policy

We’re a small herbal business and take great care in preparing your order.  We package and ship online orders 1-2 times each week.

Processing schedule

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of receipt. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 10 business days for processing before shipment.

Transit times (USA only)

USPS Ground Advantage: estimated 3–5 business days

USPS Priority: estimated 3–5 business days
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Transit times are outside our control and may be impacted by carrier delays or broader service disruptions.

Where we ship

United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Rates

Shipping and handling are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination ZIP code, and service.

Damaged packages

We pack carefully, but damage can occur in transit. Please contact USPS immediately to start a claim and keep all original packaging and items for carrier inspection. Then email info@littleherbshoppe.com with your order number and photos so we can assist.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of herbal products.
If you experience a quality issue with an item you received, we will replace it at no cost and ship a duplicate order to you.

To request a replacement for a quality issue:

Email info@littleherbshoppe.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Damaged in transit:
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier (USPS) first to start a claim. To help us issue a replacement when appropriate, email info@littleherbshoppe.com with your order number and photos of the damage and all packaging materials. Please retain the original box, packing materials, and damaged items until the carrier completes its inspection.

Additional notes:

Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon our receipt and may incur a return shipping fee charged by the carrier.

We do not make product exchanges or issue store credits.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical or digital offerings (including classes, programs, consultations, and retreats).

For best results, store herbs in a cool, dry, safe environment.
